Perspective before a property decision

Sell your Washington house before relocating

Coordinate the move and the house sale as two connected projects. PNW Home Offers starts with Washington properties in six served counties; a regional name does not imply buying coverage in other states.

Current purchase coverage is King, Snohomish, Pierce, Skagit, Whatcom, and Island counties in Washington, subject to property review and availability. We do not advertise Oregon or other out-of-state purchase coverage. For a remote owner, confirm the county where the house sits before arranging local records, access, or escrow; your new mailing address is a separate contact detail.

02The decisions

Start with what matters to your property.

01

Separate departure from closing

A work start date or moving reservation can arrive before a property sale is ready. Record the day you leave, the earliest date the house could be available, and what would happen if closing moved. Decide who can receive property notices and arrange authorized access after departure. Do not assume a signed offer will supply funds by your move date until escrow has confirmed the transaction's remaining steps and expected availability of proceeds.

02

Build a handoff someone can use

Create a summary of keys, utilities, maintenance, access restrictions, and the people allowed to make decisions. Do not put alarm codes or sensitive documents in a general inquiry form. Ask the buyer and escrow what they can coordinate remotely and which inspections, signatures, or physical visits are still needed. Compare the direct offer with a local listing plan that includes management of the vacant or occupied house while you are away.

03Your preparation

A little preparation. A clearer conversation.

  • Departure date: Record your departure, target possession, and any nonrefundable moving commitments.
  • Local point of contact: Identify an authorized key holder and the limits of that person's role.
  • Remote communication: Record time zone, reliable contact details, and preferred review windows.
  • House continuity: List utilities, insurance questions, mail, and maintenance after departure.
  • Closing dependencies: Ask escrow about signing arrangements and the steps still outstanding.

04Compare your options

The price is one part of the decision.

A direct purchase may reduce preparation and showing work. A market listing may produce higher proceeds. Compare both against the same property condition and your actual priorities.

Tell us where things stand.

Share the property address, known condition, and timeline. We can discuss whether a direct purchase may fit your situation.

An inquiry is a conversation with Washington Home Solutions LLC, a real estate investment business. It does not commit you to a sale.
